So this is my ADORABLE 3 year old niece, Ella. She started feeling sick on Thursday with a fever and was admitted in the hospital yesterday with what the doctors think is viral meningitis (although the tests are still not conclusive). Please remember her in your prayers. Thank you!!

I'm glad that you recognize that she's adorable. I would've appreciated some extra adjectives like beautiful, smart, funny, the best-ever. But I'll settle for adorable.
